Winners And Sinners is about a group of former prisoners set up a cleaning company, they inadvertently get mixed up in a war between two rival gangs and just about every law enforcement organization in Hong Kong.
My Verdict: Very heavy on the comedy, the action doesn't really happen until the end. Jackie really just has an extended cameo.
